Abstract :
Based upon knowledge management, this paper analyzes the learning process relying on the retrospect of the progress of industrial cluster and relevant learning mechanism theories. From the research on three learning levels - vertical angle, horizontal angle and auxiliary service environment of industrial cluster, the author establishes a space model and explains that the speed of cluster learning is in connection with the transmission path of knowledge determined by members of clusters, and draws the conclusion that for the learning mechanism, a knowledge bank should be built and enriched and an open learning network should be formed so as to realize knowledge innovation. Depending on that research and according to the existing resources of Wuhan Optics Valley, the author probes into the learning mechanism in a relatively all-around way, holds that the motivation factors concerning knowledge exchange of Wuhan Optics Valley include share and complement of knowledge resources, human resource management and cultural atmosphere and network construction of industrial clusters, and establishes the learning level model of Wuhan Optics Valley.
