Abstract :
This paper proposes a low voltage voltage-mode differentiator-based band-pass filter. The circuit is formed in class AB structure using only capacitors and CMOS inverters delivering wide signal swing and low voltage capabilities. A 4th order filter is designed on 0.25μm CMOS processes with power supply of 1.5 Volts, having the centre frequency of 433 MHz and 70 MHz bandwidth. Simulation results are demonstrated to confirm the functionalities and performances.
