  • Abstract
    The paper proposes the design model of WebGIS based on Web and MAS regarding the features of multi-source, heterogeneous structure and geospatial information and the complexity of the system. It introduces the architecture model of WebGIS based on MAS. It conducts a systematic analysis and design for the manager-agent of the model, meanwhile, presents a concrete design for the decision-modular and learning-modular, the chief modular of the system. processing modular. It accomplishes the implementation of the architecture design for WebGIS.
