  • Abstract
    Based on the study of the current video image analysis and process technology, it is proposed a combined model for video imagery moving target tracking and locating method in order to solve the drawbacks of the current video imagery sequence moving target auto-tracking and locating algorithm in terms of common and engineering use. The proposed combined model shall be focusing on three aspects including moving target matching tracking, locating calculation and motion estimation. The benefits of the proposed model have been proven in traffic monitoring site experiments and engineer application.
