Abstract :
According to the nonlinear numerical simulation of the surrounding rock deformation-failure with the advancing of 1301 full-mechanize face in Dongda coal mine, Pseudo-dynamic numerical simulation was carried out to analyze the stress distribution and the deformation-failure. The results show that with the advancing of working face the stress in seam floor came three stages: first, stress increased before mining, second, stress decreased after mining, third, stress restored, and they appeared every 18 meters; the floor critical failure depth is 3 meters; the stress concentration factor is 1.35.
