Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Normal data integration method usually directed towards English, but to the Chinese MIS, it couldn´t work. So in this paper, put forward of the data integration system with a Mid meaning Explanation Warehouse, utilize the ontology language to deal with the problem of meaning change in the integration, validate it in the Equipment information manage system.
