Abstract :
Control system of micro-plasma arc welding machine, including timing control system and parameters control system, has been studied deeply. Based on the study on timing control system and parameters control system, their models were established by automatic control theory, and systems´ model simulation was implemented and analyzed by means of Simulink/Matlab. It was showed that the model of timing control system can reflect preferably timing characteristic of micro-plasma arc welding process, and the model of parameters control system can achieve function of adjusting all parameters size of Transferred arc.
