Abstract :
Based on one small aerial two-stroke air-cooled engine, combined with characteristic of heat transfer and discipline of combustion, the heat transfer of cylinder for air-cooled engine was simulated according to the theory of the fluid-solid coupled heat transfer. In this theory, the heat conduction between the cylinder and cylinder liner was considered as internal condition of the system, which can make the simulation simple and convenient, compared with the experiment result, it show that coupled analysis was reliable about the heat transfer of cylinder.
