Abstract
Real-time waveform monitoring of single-shot subnanosecond laser-pulse is made possible using an optical fiber circuit. This method is based on convolution between delayed signals and a single step function, implemented by multiple optical fibers and a bulk-type LiTaO3 Pockel´s cell as a gate driven by Auston switch. Architecture of the system and experimental results showing a temporal resolution of 0.5ns are reported, along with advances in integration of the gate on a planar LiTa03 substrate for higher temporal resolution.
