Abstract :
This study presents result of the optical properties of Zinc Oxide (ZnO) thin film using glass substrate. All the substrate was clean used Acetone, methanol and hydrofluoric acid (HF). Sol-gel method used to prepared Nanostructured ZnO thin film. The precursors used Zinc Acetate, Ethanolamine as a stabilizer and 2-Methoxyethanol as solvents. 10 layers was deposited onto glass substrate by used spin-coating technique and annealed at from 200°C, 300°C, 400°C, 500°C and 600°C temperatures. Then, the substrate were exposed at room and high environment temperature with measure by following day namely day 1, day 3, day 7, day 15 and day 21. UV-Vis-NIR spectrophotometer is used to measure the optical properties.
