Image Retrieval System Design Based on User´s Personalization

In recent years, the technology of image-retrieve has become a hot point in research, and even more is the key technique in some important research program of digital library. The key technique of image-retrieve which is based on semantic quest and talkback mechanism which is significant symbol from junior to senior is a retrieve technique based on image-content. Therefore, the research of this program in academic value and practical application has a significant meaning. It will design an image-retrieve information system of which the function is comprehensive and convenient in running and operating and has a friendly interface. The system mainly uses JSP to develop and the database is based on Sqlserver2000.
