  • Abstract
    The uncertainty and fundamental constants are of importance for measurement. This paper deals with the evaluation of uncertainty. Many good methods are contributed. It is essential to obtain the optimum values of fundamental constants by proper adjustment. Some useful results of proper adjustment are obtained here.
