Resolution of complex decision making situations

Relationships among single participant-multiple criteria (SPMC), multiple participant-single criterion (MPSC), and multiple participant-multiple criteria (MPMC) decision making situations are discussed. In particular, a real-life decision making problem is modeled to illustrate those relationships. It is argued that MPSC and SPMC problems can be modeled in the same general manner.
