Abstract
Single-mode titanium-indiffused lithium niobate waveguides for blue laser are presented. The effects of narrower waveguide width and more noticeable lithium outdiffusion are considered. Moreover, Mach-Zehnder modulators are successfully fabricated for demonstration.
