Abstract :
A decision analysis is developed to describe the process by which Israeli and Palestinian negotiators agreed to: (a) select the venue and time for their meetings: (b) discuss their differences of world view, national aims, and popular sentiment (as well as goals termed “non-receivable” by one side or the other); (c) proceed to negotiate along lines mutually acceptable; (d) sketch an agenda and timetable for implementation of the lines of action; (e) announce their specific results to the Palestinian, Israeli and world populations; and (f) bring the first stability to a notoriously and explosively unstable relationship in world relations
