The Test Community of Practice Experience in Brazil

This paper relates the experience acquired by the Brazil Global Development Center (GDC) Test Team through the implementation of a global community of practice to solve problems inherent to globally distributed projects. This community consists in a group of professionals - Dell employees and alliances all over the world - which collaborates to share knowledge and experience about the test discipline and lessons learned in projects. A description of the implementation methods will be presented, as well as the results achieved by the organization so far
