  • Abstract
    Aspects of graphics literacy in a modern engineering/engineering technology curriculum are examined. Attention is given to why technical drawing is important. It is pointed out that technical graphics is a real and complete language that serves to (1) teach the language of technical graphics, its terminology, grammar, style, and abbreviations; (2) to improve problem solving ability; and (3) to improve the ability to quickly and accurately visualize objects
