  • Abstract
    This paper presents the idea of using a combination of force-directed graph drawing algorithms for the basis of a module placement tool. Even with the increase of usage of modules within designs, the industry holds a gap for module placement tools. Direct experimentation has shown that comparable placement topologies were achieved by the force-directed algorithms to that of current academic placement tools.
