Abstract :
Servitization of manufacturing has become one of the development trend of manufacturing enterprises in today´s world, it has increasingly received attention from scholars and practitioners in recent years. However, the knowledge of what influences relationship performance based on the perspective of human resources management is very limited. The influencing factors on relationship performance is examined in this paper on the perspective of human resources management. Based on a survey of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, the factors that affect relationship performance have been raised. Firstly, Organization culture included spirit layer, system layer, material layer, Employee development included employee employment, employee training, supervision and evaluation, incentive and reward.; Secondly, the factors we discussed above impact perceived service relationship quality and service relationship stability in different ways; Third, perceived service relationship quality and service relationship stability have positive efforts on relationship performance.
