Abstract :
The dependence of optical transmission in Ga1-xAlxAs waveguide covered by Co on the magnetization of Co was observed. The isolation direction was different for cases of waveguides with SiO2and Ga1-xAlxAs buffer layer used between waveguide core and Co.
