Abstract :
Innovation cluster is a valuable tool to foster economic development. The research showed that the motivations for the formation of innovation cluster including provide essential innovation conditions, intensify competition, bring opportunities and increase interaction for the enterprises, facilitate knowledge flow and exchange, etc. The paper pointed out that ¿explicit top-down¿ and ¿implicit bottom-up¿ are the two institutional forms of cluster promotion, and cited the case of Taiwan Hsinchu Science-based Industry Park, introduced the organizations of innovation cluster, put forward some commendations for the suitable interactions among innovation cluster organizations.
