Abstract :
According to the many uncertain factors in group engineering project for Olympic telecommunication guarantee, complex giant system of typical characteristics and the resource leveling in group engineering project, the author mainly studied and put forward the use of heuristic algorithms, EXCEL modeling and established data model on resource leveling of group project. Empirical studies have shown that this method can effectively solve practical problems on resource leveling of group engineering project for Olympic telecommunication guarantee.
