Abstract :
Global companies have appeared only for more than ten years and there are more and more studies on them. To global companies, strategy innovation is still a hot topic. Global companies can´ t exist unless they carry out strategy innovations. Then, what is strategy innovation from the viewpoint of global companies? What is the process of strategy innovations? What challenges do they face when they innovate in strategy? How to innovate strategically? This paper discusses all these questions. It also draws the following conclusion on the basis of the above: global companies should adopt global strategies, and by analyzing both internal and external environments, innovate strategically in thinking, organizational structure, business, and corporate cultures, so that not only the global companies themselves, but also their customers, their competitors, the society and the environment can benefit from the strategy innovations, therefore, reaching common win.
