Abstract :
Carefully arranged plants can bring better external wind environment of building, which will reduce the heat loss of the building in winter and enhance the ventilation effect in summer. To evaluate the effect of the plants, CFD simulation of the external wind environment around a single building is carried out. Conditions of winter and summer are considered. Recommended scheme on how to arrange the plants around the building is given.
