Abstract
Frequency planning in cellular systems becomes more and more difficult as cell dimensions decrease, because the interference pattern becomes less regular and predictable. Hence traditional methods based on a regular reuse pattern cannot be applied, and self-adaptive planning methods need to be investigated; their application in a realistic test case is shown in the paper
