Abstract :
Litchi fruit mechanized flexible picking could effectively solve the issue of the labor shortage at harvest time, and achieve high efficiency of harvesting fruit without injury, which have an important prospects of development and application. This paper designed a PP-RRR manipulator with S-joints DOF. By applying CAD graphic method, analyzed the structure size of manipulator in the height of 1-3 meters and the tree crown width of 4 meters in the flexible picking of litchi cluster-shaped fruit, built its mechanism and the virtual prototype model, in order to provide a technical support for the industrialization development of litchi harvesting intelligent equipment.
