  • Abstract
    An organic photoreceptor devices consisting of p/n junction between pentacene and methyl perylene were fabricated with planar configuration. The effects of honeycomb structure of the methyl perylene film on the device performances were investigated. When the honeycomb methyl perylene film was used as an n-type semiconductor layer in the device, the Iphoto/Idarkratio was improved as compared with that without the honeycomb structure by significant decrease of Idark.
