Abstract :
In this article, a comprehensive analysis is made on the current research situation of the Life Circle Cost (LCC) and the significance of the subject is also elaborated. The exact definition and constitution of LCC is given, LCC is deposed and encoded, and the model of LCC is built in combination with the China´s reality of energy-saving construction work. In addition, the thesis introduces the contents of LCC in different phases and analyses the key factors influencing the LCC. This paper could be taken as a reference for making energy-saving policies and perfecting China energy-saving residential buildings.
