Abstract :
CsI nanoparticles were introduced to ZnO-CNTs composite field emitters through screen-printing process. Enhanced field emission properties were obtaind after coating or mixing CsI during ZnO-CNTs composite emitters fabrication. Further improved field emission properties from CsI-mixed ZnO-CNTs emitters are observed, and a low turn on electric field of 1.6V/um is achieved.
