Abstract
Various transcription factors (TFs) bind to the specific region in the promoter region of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC), thereby regulate the expression of MHC. These TFs are associated with different disease cases in human. Due to unavailability of structural information regarding these TFs it is not yet possible to reveals the molecular interaction mechanism among them. Using of bioinformatics approach like 3D protein structure prediction, molecular dynamics and molecular docking, we hypothesize the molecular rationale regarding the molecular interactions among them.
