  • Abstract
    This paper presented a 3E scenario analysis system, which integrated the advanced technologies in fields of the forecast of civilian vehicles, life-cycle analysis of clean fuels, and CO2 control and so on. By the help of this system, the energy demand, environment influence as well as correlated economy of new generation road traffic in China can be forecasted exactly. The research can provide the guidance to police making in road traffic, and established the theoretical fundamental for further scenario research.
