Abstract :
This paper based on the firm resource-based theory and firm capability theory, expounds the importance of IT capability for third-party logistics(TPL) firms and its composing. Moreover, analyses the relative emphasis degree of different TPL firms´ s IT capability composition, then propose a model of constructing and mechanism of action of IT capability.
