Abstract
It is shown that a three-dimensional TLM network can be built with cuboid cells of arbitrary aspect ratio, yet the propagation vector remains independent of the direction of propagation in the infinitesimal approximation. A full dispersion analysis of the cuboid mesh is then performed for the general case, and the results are compared to the characteristics of the traditional cubic mesh.<>
