Impact of Smart Grid on Organizational Structure of Power Enterprises

Smart grid indicates the organization´s intellectual potential and material resource potential will be brought into fuller use because of a high degree of sharing of information resources, which will bring great changes in organizational behavior, organizational decision-making and operation, and then lead to organizational structure´s ongoing change accompanying with the continuous application of advanced methods, techniques and tools. This paper analyzes the changes in power business management led by the construction of the smart grid and proposes changes trends in the organizational structure and its morphological characteristics.
