Abstract
Health care providing concerns a lot of individuals - patients, nurses, doctors, secretaries, managers, etc.- located in different places and belonging to multiple organizations. Collaborative work of these professionals is usually organized through process guidelines, while recommendations are given by each organization and each specialty in order to ensure quality of patients care. Difficulties to apply these guidelines and recommendations lie both in their integration to daily practice of professionals and in their non-stop updating. In this paper, we introduce a new technology for experts named “Intégre” enabling to compare, in real-time, the daily work of experts to recommendations or guidelines published by organizations or institutions they belong to, without imposing these recommendations. We also describe the way Intègre is currently used in urology field and the benefits provided both to patients and doctors.
