  • Abstract
    A 1.25-Gbit/s optical transceiver module for GE-PON system was developed. We devised a low-noise TIA and a LIM with a high-speed response for the receiver using a PIN-PD. This transceiver enables us to construct a low-cost PON system with high quality.
