Abstract
Delay sensitive and loss sensitive classes of traffic are introduced simultaneously on the Manhattan Street Network (MSN) in conjunction with alternate routing strategies. Results are presented from simulating an 8 × 8 MSN with input buffers. It is shown that static priority assignment with age deflection will improve both classes´ delay performance. The choice of routing strategy also depends on the desired quality of service (QOS) requirement
