Abstract :
This paper defines the concepts and connotations of three core organizational processes, namely business process, information process and knowledge process, and describes the relations and distinctions of the above three, and then takes the core business process of Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute as example to analyze and demonstrate. Based on that, this paper focuses on knowledge process to discuss knowledge management in the organization, and proposes a value-added business process-oriented spiral knowledge process model and process-oriented knowledge value-added framework for engineering design enterprises. The model can help people clearly analyze business process based on knowledge management to assist business management, analyze process-oriented information process to assist information management, and analyze process-oriented knowledge process to assist knowledge management.
