Abstract
In high precision measurement of inductance the residuals resulting from the great number of resistance and capacitance elements in the variable arm of the Owen bridge can introduce significant errors. In order to minimize these errors the present paper describes a new design of all the bridge decades in which a minimum number of elements is used.
