Abstract :
In order to describe the uncertain relationship between elements in the system, the concept of interval number is used in ISM by defining the relation ambiguity. An interval number interpretative structural modeling is constructed and its implementation procedures are given. At the last, an example of technology innovation of small and medium-sized businesses would be used to show the application of this model and the relational structure of its influencing factors.
