  • Abstract
    This paper shows that the adaptive CPWL filter developed for a general nonlinear filter, has good performance in the application of restoring signals corrupted by an impulsive noise. Simulations demonstrate its superiority, in comparison with either the adaptive L-filter or the adaptive Ll-filter, in removing the noise while preserving the signal details
