Abstract
This paper presents the cross evaluation grey incidence decision-making method under uncertain weights when decision makers have subjective preference. The model is applied in supplier selection decision. The results show that the subjective preferences of decision makers and the attribute values (objective preference) can be considered rationally and effectively in the model, and the model has high application level.
