Abstract :
The FFT-based TDFTAF has been shown to have desirable structural and convergence properties when being trained with a white noise input signal. However, for colored noise training signals, which frequently arise in adaptive filtering scenarios, some of the good convergence properties do not hold. In this paper we demonstrate the convergence behavior of the FFT-based TDFTAF with colored noise input signals and provide a computationally efficient method to address the poor convergence rate problem
