Abstract
It´s one of the more important factors in promoting teacher professional development to enhance teaching effect. This paper studies the effect of teachers teaching different age segments, taking a middle school for example, to establish a GM(1,1), the dynamic development model, and reveal the law of development between the effect of the age of the teacher teaching.
