Abstract :
Summary form only given.RNA enzyme molecules form complex and specific structures that are able to perform a variety of structure-related functions. Yet the mechanism by which an RNA molecule folds into a unique structure is largely unknown. In this paper, we demonstrate that single molecules fluorescence microscopy is a power tool to study RNA folding.
