Abstract
Focus is on the stability analysis of the quasi-Z-Source (qZS) DC/DC converter based on a small signal model. Control system of the converter is described and its transfer function for the small signal model is presented. The stability estimation was carried out. The results of the analytical analysis, simulation and experimental investigation showed that a DC/DC converter based on the qZS-network has limited but predictable stability margin.
