Abstract :
For the characteristics of intelligent protection for circuit breaker, an intelligent integrated controller of circuit breaker is designed based on dual-core CPU structure. This device has the functions of three sections phase-sequence over-current protection, three sections zero-sequence over-current protection and phase-sequence inverse time over-current protection, phase-lack fault and wire-break fault detection and Fault recorder. Through the collection, storage and process of needed signals, the device realizes fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, it also provides field view of fault information with screen LCD. Besides, the Boundary Switch function of the device can be used to make fault users isolated and locked out, ensuring the normal power supply of the non-fault sections and enhancing power supply reliability of the distribution systems. The device communicates with other protective devices or PCs through the USB interface and industrial RS485 bus communication interface. In addition, GSM communication modules are used for ultra-remote control of tripping and closing and timely feedback of fault information. The device also makes information networked and provides device support for Intelligent Grid. Meanwhile, it has strong anti-electromagnetic interference capability ,stability, reliability and maintainability.
