Abstract :
Internet mass incidents have become an important issue in China. To evaluate the scale of Internet mass incidents, we can collect the data of views, posts and replies in some typical websites such as BBS, Microblog and SNS, etc. However, different website takes different importance in transmission of internet mass incidents. The existing research usually sums the data of posts and replies of websites without considering the weight of different websites. This paper applies Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weights of websites and evaluates the scale of internet mass incidents based on the weight grey target decision model. The results show that the method of weight grey target can achieve a more reasonable sort result by considering the weights of websites.
