  • Abstract
    To address a time series-based multiple criteria decision analysis (MCDA) problem that contained different time-based information, this article proposed an analysis framework and built a decision model based on Dempster-Shafter (D-S) theory. First, the overall analysis framework is designed containing both historical data and future data. Then, historical data are used to predict the future data using proper time series models, and the D-S theory is used to combine both types of data together to provide a comprehensive evaluation result. As an application case, this article evaluated comprehensive some companies that had the background of Industry-University-Research to demonstrate the feasibility of the model.
