Abstract :
With increasing difficulty and risk of enterprises´ technology innovation, there is an urgent need to provide the necessary help from universities and research institutes. The Cooperative Innovation has become one of the important ways of technological innovation, but still there is the reality of the risk of default. To address this issue, this paper constructs the Cooperative Innovation Game, and then obtains the dynamic replication equation of this game under bounded rationality. Finally, analyzes and simulate asymptotic stability of evolutionary game from the theoretical analysis and computational experiments respectively. It is shown that the relationships of the difference of allocation of the excess returns and additional income between the cost determines the evolutionary stable strategy of Cooperative innovative game, as well as asymptotic stability of the evolutionary path. For different values of the various parameters, the evolution of the Game showed two opposite characteristics: the initial value dependence and the initial value of independence.
